The Peroj coast, made of limestone rocks descending to the sea, punctuated by pebble beaches, stretches all the way to the Portić and Marić coves, a small harbor that for centuries was the Vodnjan port through which trade was carried out with Venice and other places on the Adriatic. Today, PEROJ has 830 inhabitants, mostly farmers and fishermen. The town is undergoing strong and continuous urbanization and is focused on the development of tourism, offering a large number of accommodation capacities in private houses and villas built throughout the area up to Barbariga, where a large tourist resort with 1,400 apartments has been built. Just 550 m from the Portić cove is this spacious plot with a total area of 3,349 m2.
