We are selling a traditional old Istrian house in Vodnjan. The house is in a row and requires complete renovation. Through the main entrance we come to the corridor that connects the house with the back yard and the rest of the space. In the yard, there is an old cistern, from which water is used through hydrophores for washing and rinsing, and a former tavern. On the right side of the corridor, you enter the work area with hydrophore, while in the middle of the corridor there are wooden stairs leading to the first floor. Wooden stairs lead to the second floor where there are three rooms, and in the attic there are attic rooms. The house is equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating and wood stove.
