ISTRIA,PAZIN- Spacious land for tourist purposes, an ideal opportunity for investors! A town with a long and rich tradition - Pazin - is located in the very heart of the Istrian peninsula, only thirty kilometers away from famous tourist centers. Pazin was first mentioned in 983 in a document in which Emperor Otto confirmed the donation of the Castrum Pisinum fortress to the bishops of Poreč. Life in this town takes place with equal intensity in winter and summer, and every first Tuesday of the month a veritable river of curious people from all over Istria flocks here to visit the traditional Pazin samanj. The oldest part of the settlement was already inhabited in prehistoric times, and Lindar was first mentioned in 1283 when the bishop of Poreč, Boniface, gave Pazin a mill under Lindar. During later periods, a fortress was built on this site, parts of the walls and towers of which can still be seen. This is a place adorned with the largest and best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria - the Pazin Castle - which is located on a cliff above the Pazin Cave, a unique work of natural forces through whose canyon the underground river Pazinčica flows. The fact that the Pazin Cave leaves no one indifferent is also evidenced by the fact that it, just like the Pazin Castle, is found in the works of numerous travel writers, and many, such as Dante, Jules Verne and Vladimir Nazor, have been inspired to write famous literary works. This spacious building plot is located not far from Pazin, in the town of Lindar. The spatial plan of the Pazin municipality classifies the property as land for hospitality and tourism purposes T1 - hotels, T2 - tourist resort, T3 - campsite. The construction of a hospitality and tourist resort or hotel is permitted on the plot, with all the accompanying infrastructure necessary for top-class tourism, garages, a restaurant, swimming pools, fitness and relaxation rooms, as well as other necessary facilities (villas, holiday homes).
